1 health centre in Trosa (Sörmland). Sörmland did not take part in the National Patient Survey 2025, so the units have no Vårdbetyg yet. It is not a sign of anything about the care. We show what exists: contact details, the National Board of Health and Welfare's waiting-time statistics and survey results from earlier years.
| Health centre | Vårdbetyg | Response rate | Responses | Trend 2015–2024 (overall impression) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Not in the survey | – | – |
The Vårdbetyg is on a 0–100 scale. Response rate and number of responses show how many patients the score rests on. More responses give a more reliable score. The trend shows patients' overall impression 2015–2024 from the earlier national survey and is not directly comparable with the Vårdbetyg score. The survey is not run every year in every region, so the points are the unit's actual measurement years. Units with only one yearly result are shown without a curve.
Units marked “Not in the survey” were not part of the National Patient Survey 2025, because the region did not take part. They are shown without a score, and that is not a sign of anything about the care.

How the Vårdbetyg is calculated
Too few health centres for a municipal figure. Fewer than three health centres in Trosa have figures for August 2026 with at least 70 assessments, so the county and national figures are shown here.
In August 2026, 1 of 30 health centres in Sörmland gave at least 90 in 100 patients a medical assessment within three days. 1 more health centre made fewer than 70 assessments and is not counted.
The care guarantee says everyone should get a medical assessment within three days. We count a health centre as meeting it for a month when at least 90 in 100 did. 90 in 100 is our benchmark for a month, not the legal limit. A health centre that made fewer than 70 assessments in the month is not counted, because a few late assessments would then decide the whole month. The figures are preliminary, and regions changing patient record systems may lack figures for a while.
The share within three days counts every assessment in the month, including those from health centres with few assessments. Each health centre weighs by how many assessments it made, in the same way for the municipality, the county and the whole country.

Patient fee. A doctor's appointment at a health centre costs SEK 260 in Region Sörmland, the same fee whoever runs the health centre. Children and young people under 20 and people aged 85 or over pay nothing. Fees and the exemption card in Sörmland County
Primary care spending. In Sörmland County the region spent SEK 6,574 per resident on primary care in 2025, against SEK 6,094 in the whole country. The amount says nothing about how good the care is. All regions and the change since 2015

In Trosa, 8.0% of residents aged 65 or over received health care that the municipality is responsible for during September 2025, such as home health care or care in a nursing home. In Sweden as a whole the share was 9.0%.
The share among those who have home help and among those who live in a nursing home, 2025.
| Measure | Trosa | Sweden |
|---|---|---|
| With home help | ||
| Ten or more medicines at the same time | 33.7% | 32.0% |
| At least one medicine that should be avoided | 2.9% | 7.9% |
| In a nursing home | ||
| Ten or more medicines at the same time | 37.5% | 38.6% |
| At least one medicine that should be avoided | 1.0% | 5.8% |
Medicines that should be avoided are those the National Board of Health and Welfare considers to carry a higher risk of side effects in older people, such as some sleeping pills, sedatives and painkillers. Many medicines at once can be right for the person taking them, but the risk of side effects goes up. In a municipality with few older people, a handful of people can move the share by several percentage points from one year to the next.
